Uploads the specified XML structure file to the server. @param folder the folder on the server side in which to place the file. Not used in the current version, can be null. @param filePath the path to the file (on disk) to upload @param parentGuid the identifier of the file that requires the new file. For example, in the case where an uploaded XSD imports or includes another XSD, provide the ID of the first XSD when uploading the included/imported XSD. @param callback a callback that is notified on the outcome of the request
