Create a named element with style information derived from the StyleContainer, add it as a child of the current element, and then make it the current element.

NOTE: See the class comment for more information on display values when creating output elements. @param name of the element @param container to be passed into allocateStyledElement @return the newly created styled element @todo find inappropriate uses of this method and change to other overloadSince this method was originally the only overload, there are most likely a lot of places calling this when the output markup differs from the input markup or when there is no related input markup. Find and change.
