Lower symmetrical positive definite dense matrix. Same layout as {@link no.uib.cipr.matrix.LowerSymmDenseMatrix LowerSymmDenseMatrix}. This class does not enforce the SPD property, but serves as a tag so that more efficient algorithms can be used in the solvers.
