  A wrapper dataset that provides the ability to add decorators to all tables in it. These decorators can add features to the tables, such as support for special values or data types.

  For example, to create a data set that substitutes all occurrences of "(NULL)" with null, and loads CLOBs from files in the class path, you could use:
