org.pdf4j.saxon.Controller.defineGlobalParameters()
Register the global parameters of the transformation or query. This should be called after a sequence of calls on {@link #setParameter}. It checks that all required parameters have been supplied, and places the values of the parameters in the Bindery to make them available for use during the query or transformation.
