Saves this project to disk. This will save the project relationships as well as each individual integration entity in the project.
The calling thread must acquire the {@link IntegrationProjectLock} before calling thismethod, otherwise an IntegrationProjectAccessException is thrown. @throws InterchangeSavingException if the project could not be saved to disk. @throws IntegrationProjectAccessException if the current thread does not hold the IntegrationProjectLock.
