  To create a new child node based on one of the strings from the getChildCreateOptions() method. The new node must not be added to the internal child list and must also not have a parent node set. This should be done by the caller of this method with the insertChild() method and only after the child has been completely filled with data.

  The standard HierarchyView implementation will not set the data field on new group nodes (only the title field) and at least an empty string on leaf nodes. Therefore simple HierarchyNode implementations may use a null data field as an indication for a group node (as the BasicHierarchyNode implementation does).
